Registration Fee Schedule

 

All basic registration fees include hot and cold lunch and arrival, morning and afternoon break foods and tea/coffee for two days and publication of paper in online conference proceedings with ISBN. Please contact us in advance if the conference fee will be late so that we can plan for your attendance. There is special discount of 5% for those who takes early registration (see the policy below).

There are 2 types of discount:

1.    For combination of any two items/code, 5% discount

2.    Early Registration ( by 1 February 2016 ) discount : 5 % discount

 Note about Publications in Our journals: There is no publication fee for the papers accepted as outstanding papers. However, paper processing fees are applicable to other kind of papers. Paper Processing Fee (PPF) is a flat charge which varies from journal to journal. This fee generally covers the entire cost of the publication process. This includes peer-reviewing, editing, printing (for print journal) publishing, maintaining and archiving, editing and uploading of the paper in the website plus postal and handling cost (for print journal).  Authors can have full and immediate access to the full text versions of the research papers via the dedicated website.  Corresponding author will get a copy of the print journal without further charge.

 

 

Cancellation Policy:

There is a US$ 150 fee on cancellations received prior to 21 March 2016.  There will be no refunds on cancellations received after 21 March 2016. The authors will be provided with receipt of payment and a letter/certificate of participation upon registering at the conference venue.
